Ms. Sandra Lozano holds a Bilingual Honours B.A. and an M.A. from York University.  She earned her LL.B. from the prestigious Osgoode Hall Law School in 2005.  Ms. Lozano believed that in starting her own practice, she could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues.  Ms. Lozano has represented clients in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, Family Court, Federal Court, Small Claims Court as well as in various Tribunals.  Lozano Law Office has allowed Ms. Lozano to fully realize her passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.

Ms. Lozano strongly believes in giving back to the community and is a strong advocate for equity and human rights.  In 2007, Ms. Lozano was part of a lawyer delegation sponsored by the Law Union of Ontario which investigated human rights abuses in El Salvador.  She has also worked extensively on initiatives to promote diversity and to inspire youth to pursue higher education. 

Ms. Lozano is active in a number of professional organizations including the Hispanic Ontario Lawyers Association where she sits as the current President.  She is also a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada's Equity Advisory Group; she sits on the Board of Directors for Blue Door Shelters and is Advisory Board Member for JusticeNet Ontario. 

Ms. Lozano also has experience working for the government, having acted as Senior Policy Advisor for the Ministry of Health and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO).

In recognition of her community and advocacy work, in 2009 Ms. Lozano was nominated as one of Scotiabank's 10 Most Influential Hispanic Canadians.
